Following are current Invitation to Bid (ITB) solicitations and Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitations for the City of Roseburg.

Important Information for Potential Bidders
The City lists all Invitations to Bid and Requests for Proposals with the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN). Complete solicitation documents (including contract terms, conditions, specifications, all attachments and/or addenda) may be downloaded from the following site: as well as from this website. Such documents for construction projects will also be sent to Pacific Northwest plan centers and any other plan center requesting such information.

The City of Roseburg does not maintain planholder lists for ITB's and RFP's or provide hard copies of the solicitation documents.  We will provide a pdf copy of the activity log from ORPIN for each project on this bidding opportunity page.

It will be the potential bidders' responsibility to check the previously referenced resources for any addenda.
